Penny Roberts MBE FRSA is Director of Education at the London Diocesan Board for Schools. During a long and varied career in education she has held positions including MAT COO, educational psychologist and maths teacher. As a school development consultant to the LDBS Penny supported the opening of seven new free schools and academies. She founded St Luke’s CE School in 2011 and chaired the governing body until the first cohort reached Year 6.
