Profile
Pauline has over forty-five years teaching experience, mainly at primary level. She is currently the Associate Headteacher at Dr Triplett’s Church of England Primary School in Hayes. She has expertise in supporting children with Special Educational Needs as an experienced SENDCO and has particular expertise in both safeguarding and developing the Christian ethos of faith schools. Pauline is also the Trustee with lead responsibility for Safeguarding.
